This image shows a group of people walking in silhouette against a large, floor-to-ceiling glass window with a cityscape view in the background. The glass offers a clear view of tall skyscrapers, giving a sense of an urban environment. The floor reflects the people’s silhouettes, enhancing the visual depth. The overall scene feels professional and modern, suggesting a bustling business or corporate environment, likely in a high-rise building. The bright, clear blue sky contrasts with the darker tones of the people’s silhouettes and reflections.

Our Services

This photo shows a professional office setting where two women are engaged in a serious conversation. The woman on the left, who appears to be actively listening, has a focused expression and a thoughtful posture, with one hand near her neck. She is dressed in business attire and sits at a desk with a laptop in front of her. The other woman, seen from behind, also appears to be in business attire. The background is warmly lit, with shelves holding books and decorative items, adding to the office ambiance. The image suggests a professional consultation, interview, or workplace discussion, likely involving legal or business matters.

Workplace Investigations:

A thorough, prompt, and fair workplace investigation assists employers in meeting legal obligations and in conveying to employees that complaints of unlawful conduct are taken seriously.

Landenberger Law conducts workplace investigations for public and private sector employers of all sizes. Our employment law background allows us to identify substantive issues that might not have been detailed in the complaint, and our investigations can reveal ancillary and latent workplace practices and issues requiring the employer’s attention. Our compassionate, empathetic, and transparent approach to interviewing provides parties and witnesses with an outlet to share their experiences and perspectives. We analyze the evidence in a thorough and objective manner, and provide employers with reasoned findings and conclusions they can use to navigate resolutions and make difficult decisions.

This photo shows a classic high school classroom with neatly arranged desks and chairs. Each desk has papers, folders, or notebooks stacked on top, giving the impression of a well-used learning space. Sunlight streams through large windows on the left, casting warm light and long shadows across the wooden floor. The walls are decorated with various posters, papers, and bulletin boards filled with announcements and student work. The room feels quiet and organized, with a nostalgic atmosphere, suggesting it’s either early in the morning or late in the afternoon when the classroom is unoccupied.

School Investigations and Title IX Services:

Landenberger Law conducts investigations for K-12 public and private school districts and higher education institutions (community college districts, and public and private universities).

We participate in continuing education trainings and monitor legislative developments to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable on issues surrounding Title IX, including participating in trainings related to updates to the Regulations, trauma-informed interviewing, and issues of consent.
